Your comfort and our safety should always come together. Once you've made a reservation with us, you inherently agree to our store's policy. Thank you for your valuable collaboration.
Cancellation Policy
In the event that you need to cancel or change any appointments, do inform us at least 24 hours before our settled schedule. Please understand that any short notice will result in a charge.
Maintenance Policy
Our top and only priority is your satisfaction. If you're unhappy with the results, please let us know during our process or within:
- 2 weeks for chemical services
- 3 days for haircuts
We are willing to make any needed corrections with no fees of charge. After the specified time, we are not responsible for any complaints or maintenance requests.
