Yes — we're fully English speaking. All consultations, bookings, and appointments can be conducted in English.

We're open 9AM – 7PM daily, including weekends and public holidays. For chemical services, the latest booking is 4PM.
Yes, street parking is available on Vạn Bảo.

Services & pricing
Typically 3–5 hours depending on your hair length, thickness, and the result you're going for. We'll give you a more accurate estimate at the start of your appointment.
The prices shown are starting prices. The final price may vary depending on hair length and complexity. We'll always discuss pricing before we begin.
We recommend a patch test if you have sensitive skin or haven't had a colour service with us before. Let us know when you book.
Payment
We accept cash, major credit cards, and bank transfer.
Hair care
We'll give you specific advice at the end of your appointment. In general — wait 48 hours before washing, use sulfate-free shampoo, and avoid chlorine.
Typically every 8–12 weeks depending on the service and how your hair grows. We'll advise you at your appointment.
